  • Our Team

    • Kenneth P. Dorger – Senior Consultant, founder FSPP

    • Ken has over 25 years of consulting experience.
    • Ken holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from University of Dayton and a CIMA designation from the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and The Wharton School of Business. He is a member of the IMCA and has completed their classes in Asset Allocation, Investment Policy and Performance Measurement.
    • In 1990, Ken founded Fourth Street Financial Advisors, Inc, one of the investment consulting firm, which merged to form Fourth Street Performance Partners. Prior to this he worked as an investment consultant at Prescott Ball & Turben, Inc.


    T. Neil Heppler – Senior Consultant, founder FSPP

    • Neil has nearly 25 years of consulting experience.
    • Neil holds a B.S. in Accounting from Western Kentucky University and a JD from Chase College of Law. He is an inactive member of the Kentucky and Ohio Bar Associations.
    • In 1997, Neil founded Asset Performance Partners, LLC, one of the investment consulting firm, which merged to form Fourth Street Performance Partners. Prior to this, Neil worked as a consultant at a large investment consulting firm and in public accounting at Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, specializing in healthcare, insurance and non-profit companies.

Financial Analysts

In an effort to promote continuity in the teams with which our clients work, we are committed to retaining talented analysts and are proud that their average tenure with the firm is 8 years. We also promote continuing education, and our analysts hold numerous industry accreditations.

Administration

Our Business Manager worked in public accounting with Deloitte, LLP and the financial services industry. She utilizes nearly 10 years of business management experience in maintaining FSPP’s business operations and overseeing human resources. Our office administrators assist the organization in a wide variety of roles and have an average tenure of 19 years working with our senior consultants.
